without comments

Athletes and fitness enthusiasts from high-schoolers to baby boomers need a fine-tuned nutrition and supplementation plan to stay healthy, especially during periods of intensive training and workouts that break down muscle tissues.

If your slow metabolsm has been holding you back and you’re struggling to make progress with your current nutrition and workout routine, an adult-stem-cell-based supplement can help.

Stemulite helps repair micro-damage in your muscles – After an intensive workout, muscle tissues can begin to break down if there is not enough protein available for repair.

Quality sleep is essential for muscle and tissue repair. The Stemulite night formula helps you recover and restore during REM sleep, the most critical stage of sleep. With deeper, more restorativie sleep, your body processes nutrients more effectively.

- Stemulite boosts your metabolism so you burn more calories all day and all night

Unfortunately, many of the most popular metabolic boosters often have potentially serious side effects and may not even result in consistent results with continued use.

Stemulite, on the other hand, has only natural factors that speed up your metabolism in a healthy way that results in safe and consistent weight loss.

Supplements like Stemulte offer several benefits for men and women of all fitness levels improve strength, endurance and stamina in addition to increasing the rate of muscle repair and increasing fat loss.

Purchasing a dog house for my dog

without comments

I just bought a new dog house for my puppy and she loves it! It also helps that I bought a soft dog bed to fit inside the dog house; anything is probably better than the bare dirt. Lately I have noticed that as my dog gets a little older that he seems more and more uncomfortable sleeping on the hard ground and often begs at the back door to be let inside to sleep on the carpet. I am hoping that now he will have a comfy place outside to sleep, protected from the elements and raised off of the ground by the dog house and dog bed.

I am lucky that I have medium size dog and he does not get cold easily so he could sleep outside if needed. However he is small enough that I did not have to spend a fortune on a dog house. I saw online lots of large and really large dog houses and it seems great that there are so many options available to dog owners! They even have small dog houses for our smaller furry friends. I purchased a wood dog house for my dog, although I was deciding between the wood house and a plastic doghouse. I felt that the wood house was more attractive although the plastic house looked like it might be easier to move and clean. I think the wood dog house also is more comfortable for my dog since it does not have that new plastic smell. I know some people buy their dog a dog house only to have the dog totally avoid it! Luckily my dog likes her house, otherwise I was thinking I would just place an old towel or blanket inside so it would smell familiar.

Blimey! It\\\’s Buggerovs Blog!

4mm glass tile mosaics vs. 8mm glass tile mosaics

without comments

The question that a lot of consumers are asking; Is there really a difference between the 4mm glass and the 8mm glass mosaic tile? Why, yes there is, Price and thickness. It is a less expensive alternative to go with the 4mm glass tile vs. the 8mm glass tile. Some might say that there is a difference in the vibrance of color, but there is no difference in the look or appearance of the two. The major concern to take into consideration is what you will be using the glass mosaic for.

If you are going to coordinate the glass with a field tile, you need to take into consideration the thickness and the difficulty of installing it with a thicker or thinner product. Not that it is a major issue, most 8mm glass tiles will be the same thickness as most field tile wether it is natural stone or ceramic tile. The use of a 4mm thick glass will just require what is called back butter which means adding more of your setting materials to the back of the tile you are installing. There is no adverse effect to the tile, all you are doing is building out the material to be flush with what ever you are coordinating it with. Now, there is no worry of you are doing a complete project out of glass you will have no issues with thickness.

The other nice thing about glass is you will not have the need for bullnose. Most glass is a clear vibrant glass with the color coming from an attached colored backing on the tile. Unlike ceramic tile, which the ends are not attractive, the sides of the glass is a nice clean edge and attractive from the sides. The only thing you will need to consider is where you start your glass tile for installation. If there is an open end, i would start your installation there, and work towards a corner. That way if a cut is needed to finish the project it will be in a corner and not visible to the naked eye. If your project is open on both ends, most tiles are a 1″ x 1″ size so there is usualy room for full size piece to end your run with. Another popular question to ask is what color grout to use. In most applications a simple white or bright white grout is used to accentuate the glass tile. Normally you are adding a glass backsplash to show the vibrant color or wild designs from the glass and the easiest way to show that is with the bright white grout. Most, will think that it will be a stark contrast, but you will be surprised that when everything is said and done it will look beautiful to look at and not to busy.

Other than that why not save money and use the less expensive product and put the extra money some where else! To check out the latest selections of glass visit: www.mytilebacksplash.com

Eat Less, Train Less, Live Longer

without comments

Did you see that article on MSNBC about living longer?

“While the quest for the proverbial Fountain of Youth is endless and typically fruitless, one method known to extend the human lifespan by up to five years has quietly become accepted among leading researchers. The formula is simple: Eat less. It could add years to your life, several experts now say. And done in moderation, it could at least help you live a more healthy life.”

Really? Eat less. Live longer?

Who’d thunk?

But seriously, why is this the case? And more importantly, why do so many other health and fitness pros give the opposite advice, often asking you to eat 5-8 times a day? Is there some common ground?

Yes there is. But first let’s look at why eating less can mean living longer.

That article went on to say:

“Calorie restriction, as it is called, is as close to a real Fountain of Youth as any known technique comes. Even scientists who are cautious about anti-aging hype say it works, both by cutting risks for some diseases and by allowing all body cells, somehow, to hang in there longer.

“This is just part of the story. As usual, the mainstream media doesn’t always bother to give you the entire picture.

Eating less is a bit over-simplistic. Caloric restriction is based on “quantitative” reduction, not simply eating like a bird or starving yourself. That will never work. You won’t stick to it and your body certainly won’t bother to burn off its spare bodyfat when it thinks you’re in a stone age famine.

The key is to avoid overtraining in the gym like the plague. Too much training and you’ll be forced to eat more food — usually not a good thing.

Jon Benson’s new system “7 Minute Muscle” is perfect for someone who is wanting to not spend their lives in the kitchen or in the gym. This is REQUIRED READING if you really want to see how great you can look in the least amount of time possible. Sure, you work hard. There’s no pills or gadgets involved. But it’s worth every minute… all 7 of them!

Types of commercial property

without comments

Commercial property is a broad term refering to any piece of land, or any buildings placed on it or any property, that is being used exclusively for a commercial use. Inside this broad category you find many contrasting sorts of commercial property. All defined by its commercial usage.

Most common property that bridge commercial and residential multi-family commercial real estate. This includes buildings such as apartment blocks. Whilst people dwell in these buildings, it is technically commercial property as it’s operated and run as an income generator for the property owner.

Next lets consider Retail property, which is a property occupied by commercial tenants who sell directly to consumers . Standalone shops, a row of shops and shopping centres are retail properties.

Office blocks and office spaces to let or rent are likewise thought of as commercial property. An office can comprise of anything from a skyscraper down to a single room. Office properties come in lots of different sizes and the number of people who can work in them varies significantly.

All goods need to be made somewhere and that manufacturing takes place in industrial properties. Industrial properties are buildings such as warehouses and factories. As well as distribution centres and warehouses.

When you find buildings in use for commercial or business purposes all situated together you will normally have found a business park. Business parks are normally well considered in layout and named  “Our Town Business Park”. A variation on this is the IT  park where all the businesses are IT or high tech related businesses. This done to foster interactions and knowledge sharing between businesses.

As well the commercial properties defined in the preceding paragraphs, there are other types which are not so easy to categorise. For example, storage facilities, car parking and petrol stations.

Locating Commercial property in the UK can be a struggle. However using an online database and the quarterly magazines from the Commercial Property Register can make it easier. Online you can search a database of more than 6,000 commercial properties of all types, browse details of the properties and then request further details direct from the agent representing the property.

Ferrets can be fun

without comments

If you a parent, then you will know from experience that your children will - at some time or another - pester you to get a pet.

When they are young, this might mean that they want a cuddly, fluffy type of pet such as a puppy, a kitten, a rabbit, or guinea pig. Or maybe they have their little hearts set on something simpler to keep - such as a goldfish, hamster, stick insect or caterpillar!

Most parents end up reaching some sort of compromise so that the chosen pet satisfies the child’s needs but does not mean that they have many years of looking after an expensive animal.

All of this changes though when your child becomes a teenager.

My 16-year-old grandson, Jason, is typical. He had kept guinea pigs when he was younger. He built hutches for them in our garden shed and they used to run around the garden squeaking wildly and keeping the lawn trimmed by eating the grass.

But as soon as my grandson entered those teenage years, he decided that he wanted something a little bit different and more exotic. And that is when he got Franky the ferret!

Now, until Franky arrived on the scene, I’d always viewed ferrets as being rather smelly creatures that were rather aggressive and certain to bite you. But Jason has shown me how wrong my views are.

He spent a lot of time reading up all he could about taking care of a ferret and how to ensure that Franky made a good pet. Ferrets are quite intelligent creatures and soon learn how to use a litter tray (like a cat) so that they can be kept indoors. They can also be taught not to bite and love playing with toys.

Jason bought the Ferret Lovers Guide from the Internet and this told him everything he needed to know to ensure that Franky has a happy, contented life.

A Basic Introduction to the Game of Golf

without comments

The rise in favor of golf has escalated at an extraordinary pace in modern times, bestowing us with sporting hero’s like Jack Nicklaus, Seve Ballesteros and Tiger Woods along with some amazing golf courses like Augusta National, Royal Melbourne and the famous birth place of the British Open, St Andrew’s (old course) in Scotland.

So, what has caused the game of golf to remain in vogue for so long? Quite possibly, it’s the complete challenge that the game provides - both mental and physical. Or perhaps it’s the opportunity to spend quality, leisure time with ones friends, work mates or even people you’ve just met. It could even be the simple fact that golf is a game that produces different results and outcomes every single time you play. All of this is reflected on your scorecard, which in turn is what keeps most of us coming back.

For the completely uninitiated person who is considering taking up this gentlemanly pursuit, I have provided a very basic introduction and some helpful tips to the wonderful game of golf.

A golf course consists of 18 holes; each hole has a pre-determined number of shots required to complete it. This is called the ‘par’ and indicates to everyone how many shots it’s expected to take for you to progress from the tee, down the fairway, onto the green and into the hole.

Par is derived from the length of the hole and also the anticipated level of difficulty in progressing from tee to green. For example, if the Par on a hole is 4, and you take 4 shots to get the ball into the hole, then you have ‘parred’ the hole. If it takes you one more than par, it’s called a ‘bogey’ and if you take one less than par it’s called a ‘birdie’.

Most golf courses also incorporate an extensive number of ‘hazards’ to increase the level of challenge a golfer may face during their game. Sand, water and trees are the most common hazards found on a golf course, and all are cunningly placed to try to ‘trap’ your ball.

Each player keeps the score for their playing partner. At the completion of each hole, you should mark the score your partner shot along with your own. At the end of the round, scores are added up, and the player with the lowest score is the winner.

Golf can be a very complex game…if you let it. Many people who have played for years, are still looking for the secret to golfing success. So it’s important When you first start playing, not to allow yourself to become overwhelmed or expect too much too quickly. If golf really was as easy as it looks, we’d all be professionals.

It’s a good idea to get some lessons when you first start. By doing this, you learn the basics properly, which will stand you in good stead as your game develops. Above all, remember to enjoy yourself and have some fun.

Why Hire an Event Planning Service

without comments

If you are in the process of planning a wedding, anniversary party, conference, large meeting, or other large event, you know how much work organizing an event can be. If the details of planning your major event are overwhelming you, or if you are in the beginning phases of event planning, you may want to consider the reasons to hire an event planner.

Saving Time

Hiring an event planner has several distinct advantages. One of the most obvious advantages to hiring an event planner is that you save time. By placing the details and coordination of event planning into the hands of a professional, you free up your calendar to focus on other issues such as your family or your business.

Saving Money

Hiring an event planner may seem like an extravagant waste of money, but the truth is that an experienced event planner will likely save you money in the end. A professional event planner knows what is a reasonable price for fresh flowers to decorate 25 tables, do you?

An event planner often has important contacts in the event planning circles that will provide discounted rates for large ticket items such as renting a meeting hall, providing catering services, or clean up after the event. A professional event planner is familiar with the best deals in town for all the services your event requires. Your event planner may recover his or her fee plus a substantial amount of savings on the total bill for your event.

Greater Enjoyment

Utilizing the services of a professional event planner allows you the freedom to sit back, relax, and become a guest at your own event. An event planning company handles all the details of coordinating services during the event and they handle any problems that crop up during the event, often without your knowledge. For many occasions, such as the wedding of a son or daughter, this benefit of hiring an event planner is reason enough to justify employing an event planner.

Experience Makes a Difference

The experience of a professional event planner shows in the details of any event. Events that utilize an event planner experience fewer problems, greater enjoyment of the guests, and a smoothly running event. Overall, hiring an event planner means a better party, a more elegant wedding, or a hit birthday party.

Hiring an event planner is a wise investment for any major event. An event planner saves you time, saves money, provides a quality experience for you and your guests, and allows you to enjoy your own event.

Fashion Advice for Being Successful

without comments

Your clothes offer some insight into your personality before you even speak a word.  Within a few seconds of entering a room, judgments have already been made about your personality, skills and proficiency.  What are you wearing?  Are you clothes clean and pressed?  Is your attire appropriate?  Make sure you dress for success so that you control the first impression!

Men’s fashion, especially when it comes to business attire doesn’t change all the much over time. Some Easy Rules to Follow:

  • Always look professionally
  • Dress for the situation
  • Make sure your clothes are clean and pressed
  • Clothes should definitely fit
  • Ties should be traditional in style and reach your belt buckle
  • Matching shoes and belt should be worn, preferably black
  • Shirts should have a simple, starched collar with cuffs

For formal settings such as meeting with your boss’s boss, wear a formal dark navy or charcoal two-piece business suit.  It should be of natural fibers, such as wool with a white long-sleeved button-down dress shirt, a conservative tie that matches the colors of your suit and nicely polished dress shoes.  A great way to get all decked out is with Brooks Brothers Coupons.

For more informal settings such as an interview at a casual company, wear a traditional sports coat (no plaids or wild patterns and preferably charcoal), pressed dress slacks, a white long-sleeved button-down shirt, a conservative silk tie, and nicely polished dress shoes.  Use coupons from Rochester Big & Tall  to save money and find some great casual clothing.

Successful dressing extends beyond your clothing to include your hair, nails, jewelry, tatoos and cologne.  Get the best men’s care products and save with Zirh coupons.  Make sure your hair is well-groomed and styled.  The same goes for any facial hair.  It is usually best to take off any jewelry except for your wedding ring and a stylish watch.  Do your best to conceal any tatoos.  Some perfume is OK, but make sure it is subtle.

Use your clothing to help achieve success in life.  It doesn’t take much to gain this advantage.
