Interior makeover tips No 5
A kitchen to inspire the chef in you
The kitchen is the heart of the home – and possible the best place in your home to relax and unwind. A well-designed kitchen can inspire you to become an enthusiastic chef. Good kitchen design ideas are therefore always in demand. If you are searching for kitchen design ideas, you can find them in your local kitchen design store even fashion and interior decorating magazines.
These kitchen design ideas can often give you great ideas on how to make the best use out of limited space. The main trick is to use integrated kitchen appliances when ever possible. Integrated appliances use much less space, and are available in all sizes. Select the right size for your home – if you have a small 2 bedroom apartment, go for a small dishwasher and a combined washer dryer.
The key to good kitchen design is neatness and compactness. A neat kitchen can make you want to cook, and a compact kitchen can keep everything close to hand, you don’t need to walk too far from one area to another. Keep this in mind as you search for design ideas to fit your kitchen needs.
A bedroom to relax in
Whatever your bedroom design ideas – whether your bedroom needs to save space, needs to be practical for the family or is the bedroom design chosen on style, there are bedroom design ideas to help everyone make the right choice for their new bedroom.
For clean, fresh and stylish bedroom design ideas look for a bedroom suite that offers a versatile choice of colour finishes, a wide range of fittings and features together with various layout and storage options that to match your own life style.
On the other hand you may be looking for the French elegant style bedroom design, this works well in larger spaces, more likely to be present in larger period country homes.
One of the keys to good bedroom design is creating a warm relaxing space, with a separate dressing room with ample storage space, and a shower ensuite.
A bathroom that is a fashion statment
A good tip when looking for bathroom design ideas is to try to avoid the latest fads and fashions. Sometimes, what looks good and stylish today will appear tired and out of touch tomorrow. In the seventies avocado green was the fashion, in the eighties, peach and pink. Now we have gone full circle in time and white is the only choice.
Bathrooms are also becoming a new technology room. Steam showers are becoming popular, LCD TV mirrors, if you need to keep up to date with the news while shaving. Automatic toilet flushing systems are very simple to use. And not forgetting the splash proof TV at the foot of the bath, just to keep up to date with the latest TV soaps while relaxing.
Bathroom furniture is every bit as important as the fittings, a contemporary basin looks great but can soon cluttered with toothpaste and brushes, so fit toothbrush holders to the wall, and use wall mounted cabinets to keep the area free from clutter.
Commission Blueprint Straight Talk
Commission Blueprint was recently released. This Internet Marketing product is a step-by-step guide that explains a detailed technique for making money using AdWords to drive traffic to ClickBank products. The creators are ClickBank Super Affiliates, and they show lots of evidence that they have been very successful (including a very impressive screen capture from the ClickBank sales report page.
What do you get for your money?
What you get for your $77 is killer. There are 14 videos (4-5 hours total run time), release notes, 3 PDF files, 2 unadvertised bonuses, 4 landing page templates, and slides for all the videos are also provided in PDF. It is total over delivery. It is an amazing amount of quality content, and zero fluff. The videos are good quality. You have the choice of seeing them online or downloading them and seeing them offline. The format of the video is a slide show presentation with a little video camera box showing the speaker.
He is an awesome “speaker/teacher” and the quality of his presentation is very high. So, for $77 you get a ton of quality content on video and some cool bonuses that seem to give you everything that you need to get started. Question is, get started doing what?
The Commision Blueprint Approach
The approach taken in Commission Blueprint is “simple.” Pick a few items that have a chance to be successful (they explain how to pick products), do keyword research (excellent explanation here as well), estimate ROI, build landing pages (templates included), launch a PPC campaign, spend enough money to “test” the campaign in AdWords ($200-$500), pick a winner, and scale it to make real money. It sounds easy, and the methods presented seem sound, but I am betting that it is harder than it looks. It definately looks harder than Article Marketing. I plan to try it anyway.
One thing that I liked was the fact that the old approach of “find 50,000 keywords and test them all” is no where to be found here. Instead, you start with a handful of keywords and ads and grow the campaign from there. I like that, although screening products is still a lot of work from what I can tell.

Special Regulations Concerning Charity Car Donation and Businesses Reducing Fleet Overhead
Individuals aren’t the only ones who can reap the potentially manifold benefits of taking a valuable tax cut after participating in a charity car donation program. Businesses that operate a legitimate fleet operation can get rid of unwanted, older and high mileage vehicles and be in a good postion to reap the highest possible “fair market value” deduction that is allowed under current charity car donation rules. Of course, since this is a business return we’re talking about, there are special rules that accompany such a charitable contribution.
For starters, a business that runs (and presumably maintains) a fleet is in a position to donate time and labour to a vehicle donation program – not just used vehicles. Valuing such a service on your tax returns is tricky at best and is best handled by a CPA. You should keep strict records of all interactions with the charity. Car donation can be part of a total charitable package that can help greatly with end of year tax evaluation, especially if the business is teetering on the edge of a higher tax bracket.
Also, the so-called “50% rule” that applies to private individuals, limiting their allowable deductions to less than 50% of their taxable income, differs for businesses. Generally, 30% is a reasonable self-imposed limit that will keep the auditors at bay.
How deductions are taken from your return also varies quite a bit according to the type of business you’re registered as and whether you file quarterly or annually. Again, talking to your accountant about the possibility of making a donation rather than selling fleet vehicles on the open market is usually a stop-gap solution to a higher than usual tax burden as calculated for quarterly returns.
Of course, the flip side of this coin is when individual charity car donations are destined to become part of an institutional fleet, such as those employed by colleges and universities. These legal fleets are very likely to be maintained properly by trained mechanics, making it very likely that the individual donor will be able to take the “fair market value” deduction for a vehicle that is seeing fair market use rather than low-end resale for cash.
Other than the potentially high value of fleet cars that are donated and the extra concern of getting an independent appraisal for vehicles that will garner over $5,000 in legitimate deductions, the process is very much the same as for private party charity car donations. Indeed, just like private parties, one is required to use the actual value of the vehicle to the charity in question.
Since fleet vehicles tend to be in good repair, they are very likely to be used as is rather than sold at auction. Charities know a good thing and a relatively late model vehicle in good working order to be received as a charity car donation is a rare thing.
As the owner of fleet vehicles ready for charity car donation, you can generally be assured that if you choose a non-profit, charitable organization with a mission to provide vehicular transportation to receive your donation, the odds are pretty good you’ll be able to claim a full “Private Party Values” from the Kelly Blue Book, depending upon the specific condition of your vehicles.
To make such a deduction claim from your legitimate charity car donations, be sure to take good pictures of the donated cars, just in case it ever comes to an audit. If you’re prepared, you have a good chance of fighting such intrusions off without problem as long as you have the correct documentation.
Be sure to save every single receipt you receive from a charity car donation organization, no matter who is running it. Often you’ll get one receipt from the actual transfer of title, and then in the next month or so, either a bill of sale or a record indicating what ultimate use your charity car donation was put to. Again, it’s always best to keep your business accountant fully versed as to what you plan to do with fleet automobiles, but donation may actually take a bit of hassle out of what can be a tedious prospect of dealing with many potential buyers.
Making Money in Spain
If you want to make money in Spain, you have few choices:
One: Make money on the internet somehow.
Two: Make money off line ie not using your computer.. Bar work, Labouring, etc
In this article I will cover how to make money on the internet
If you want to make €2000 - €5000+ a month, passive income and have plenty of time to build your business, then I would recommend you: either create your own website (no previous experience required) or get involved with affiliate marketing. This is where you sell other people’s products online, without needing to buy anything yourself or deal with customers. These are both my favorite ways to earn a living in Spain.
If you just want to make a lot of money fast and don’t have much time, I would recommend you consider making money with AdWords. This is Google’s own online advertising program. You will need a budget for this and I recommend you set it quite low while you are testing whether your ad campaign works. The quickest route is to become an affiliate and sell other people’s information products.
If you simply want some extra income in spain and don’t want to learn new stuff then I would suggest you try doing online surveys. It’s a straightforward simple way to make some extra cash. You know how people sometimes approach you in the street with their clipboards wanting to ask you questions for market research? This is an online version of that. Companies need people’s opinions and will pay for them. They save money doing this online because they don’t have to pay someone to ask you the questions!
If you like sharing your thoughts and opinions with the world, and would like to get paid for doing so, I suggest you make money blogging. A blog is simply an online journal really which you can set up for free. So, if you are financially challenged this could be a good option to start with. You make money with the blog from adverts and links you place on the blog.
With all these money-making methods it’s best to find a niche to blog about, or advertise. Otherwise there’s too much competition and it could take you ages to actually make money. For instance, you will do better with a niche subject like bridal chokers rather than jewelry which is too broad a subject.
You also need to understand that keywords play a vital role in the success of any blogger or affiliate marketeer. I recommend you don’t focus too much on the most popular keywords because, again, there’s probably too much competition for them. Go for the more obscure ones and you are more likely to get good results!
How to choose the best porch swing.
Before buying a wooden porch swing, it’s important to make sure that the swing you are buying meets a number of important criteria. Here is a list of what you should look for in a swing, along with some reasons why it’s critical.
Hand Made - A hand made swing is certainly a must when buying a porch swing. This is because each piece is individually crafted, ensuring better cuts and a smoother finish.
Cypress - Cypress has been called the “eternal wood” because of its ability to stand up to the elements. A cypress swing is as durable as teak, while being as little as one-tenth the price! Don’t buy a swing made from exotic woods only to watch it rot on your porch.
Size - Be sure that the porch swing you choose is the correct size to fit on your porch, and to fit the number of people you expect to be swinging on it.
Accessories - Would you like your swing to have a cup holder? An interesting question, perhaps, but certainly something to think about. What will you want with you while on your porch swing? Keep that in mind when looking at what’s available.
The Porch Swings I Love Most
Of course, I have a very strong preference in porch swings. There is one particular artisan who builds beautiful, durable porch swings from Cypress. His name is Ted Leger (pronounced Lay-shay), and he’s based in Louisiana (where a lot of cypress trees grow). All of his swings are hand made, and he can ship anywhere in the USA.
I strongly recommend you view the porch swing styles he has available.
7 Easy Ways to Travel Light Without Stress
Here are 7 easy ways to travel Light and really enjoy your trip over seas. Often we are just so tired and drained of energy when we arrive that we dont enjoy ourselves. This list of 7 easy ways to travel light should solve your problems.
1: Take only the clothes you are going to need. That means no more than two pairs of shoes if you are a woman. It also means that you leave everything that is a maybe at home. If you are desperate for something new to wear while you are away, have a splurge and buy something new. Only take the smallest handbag if you need to take one at all. One way to cut way down on the number of clothes is to take only black and white or black only with some small colorful accessories. When you pack do what the flight attendants do and roll your clothes. This way they will take up less room in your bag and will not arrive crumpled.
2: Leave the Laptop at home. Dont take a Laptop unless you are going for business. Even though you can buy some quite small Laptops they are still very cumbersome to travel with. Going through security at airports with a laptop is a pain. At every check point you have to take it out of its case and then put it back in after wards. This can be quite stressful by the time you have also taken off your shoes, belts, jackets and jewelry. Its just not worth the hassle.
3: Take only hand luggage. If you can, travel with only hand luggage. You can waste so much time waiting for baggage to be checked in, then waiting for the carousel start up after embarking, and add on top of that all the time and energy you spend looking for your bag and getting it off the carousel. You can now be one of those people who just sail through security, immigration and customs first with out a care in the world.
4: Leave the children at home. Dont fly with kids unless you absolutely have to. They take so much time and energy. They hate being stuck in a plane for long periods of time and they drive the other passengers insane.
5: Minimize flights: Get you travel agent to book your tickets so that you have as few actual flights as possible. If you can get there in one flight pay the extra and do it. Not only will you save your self time and energy, you will be safer and you will have a much greater chance of getting to your location on time. The less planes you have to travel on taking off and landing the safer you will be. Also there are so many disruptions to flight times including delays and cancellations and over booking that one flight will always be less stressful.
6: Leave the kitchen sink at home. Yes I mean that. If you have a habit of taking things that you think you might need, dont. Look at point three again, this way you wont have room for the kitchen sink.
7: Dont take or buy any books, magazines or newspapers with you. Take a Kindle e book reader . These tiny lightweight gadgets (less than the size of a paperback) are wireless and can store 200 books, magazines, blogs and newspapers on them, so you can read all through your travel and be stress free when you arrive.

Applying For A Credit Card
There has never been a time when there has been such a need for information on finance management for the average person because our lives revolve around money more than ever before. For the vast majority of people, the only financial service they care about is their credit card and for good reason.
Figures prove that almost everyone who applies for a credit card will use it within the first month of receiving it. Whether it is for new furniture, a vacation or for some forthcoming large financial outlay, there is always something that is required that the person would prefer not to take a loan out for. There is always a sense of safety when you have your credit card on you no matter where you are. By now, you may have had your share of pre-approved credit card offers in your virtual and physical mail. Many people are easily fooled when they apply for a credit card by the extremely good offers that are available to new customers from the credit card issuers. Pushing the right buttons is the way they convince people that applying for a credit card is the right thing to do.
Some great deals can be found online so you should check out some review sites like Currys Credit Cards and Debenhams Credit Cards. Great deals are available especially if you check back regular as new deals come available.
However, if you are going to apply for a credit card then you need to follow three little rules. Fortunately, there are a number of web sites that can help you learn more about applying for a credit card and the responsibilities it entails. Next, you can compare numerous credit cards that would best serve your needs and meet your financial situation. Lastly before you apply for a credit card, make sure you study the credit card terms.
Once you have reached this point you should have a more than fair knowledge about what a credit card is and what you need to do once you have it. The terms and conditions should make the situation quite clear in case you are unsure but do not be under any illusion, a credit card is a different form of loan agreement. This is why it is so important to carefully study and compare the costs and restrictions that may be placed on your card.
When you apply for a credit card, you must know how the APR or annual percentage rate affects your credit account. As this is the amount of interest you will pay, you must be provided with this figure. Any balance and charges must be made clear to the customer in the form of a statement every month. This may seem confusing at the moment but there are a number of fees and charges that you will be obliged to pay, some of which may have a grace period. If for some reason you are still unclear at the end of this then contact the credit card issuer and ask to speak to someone about how the charges are worked out.
Why Organic Food is Better Than Fast Food
Are you fond of eating out in restaurants? Have you noticed how fast you have gained weight and did you look and feel terrible after consuming massive amounts of trans fat and pounds of sugar from fast food junkies?
The problem with fast food servings is that they are too large that you can’t be sure how many calories are involved; not to mention that when you eat out, you don’t know how the meal is prepared or with what ingredients. Eating commercial food, whether from a fast food or slower food restaurant, simply tempts you to spend more money on extra calories you don’t need. Organic food, on the other hand, aside from the fact that it doesn’t compel you to spend, it promotes natural health and helps prevent some of the most common ailments as well. For instance, herbs and spices such as peppermint and rosemary can be used as natural sleep aid.
Flax seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and nuts are great for constipation relief. You can grind them into a powder and eat or add it to a nondairy smoothie, juice, or your morning cereal. You can also sprinkle it on your evening salad. The mixture of ground up seeds will provide you with extra fiber and a batch of minerals. Flax seeds are astringent and have laxative action that are good for mild or moderate symptoms of constipation.
Soy has recieved a lot of interest in relation to menopause, and one of it’s benefits is in helping alleviate hot flashes. The best source of soy is in organic food, and these days many cereal based products like bread and breakfast cereals come with soy in them; thus making it a convenient home menopause remedy. Food sources of soy protein include tofu, soy milk, tempeh, and soybeans.
While eating fatty and spicy foods in restaurants can cause several problems in your health and can trigger certain ailments such as insomnia, constipation and hot flashes, organic food promises only natural relief and good health. So next time when you are thinking of eating or ordering out, try instead of pilfering your pantry for organic ingredients to put together a healthier home-cooked meal.

Web Ecommerce For Your Business
Internet marketing may include keyword and meta tag strategies, newsgroup and mailing list postings, banner advertising, reciprocal links, online promotions, content positioning, online image development, email strategies and other interactive features. Internet users are growing everyday by the thousands, and web ecommerce is growing as well. So, if you are selling products offline, consider opening a web ecommerce store as an added sales channel of your merchandise. Make sure you hire a good ecommerce design company to design your site.
Search for cheap web ecommerce hosting packages, hosting related news and shared hosting articles focused on budget web hosting, Windows ecommerce web hosting, Unix and Linux web hosting, reseller hosting, low cost domain hosting and web ecommerce hosting. Search Method - The directory must explain the methods they use to find drop shippers. Be careful of directories that do not publish their search methods.
E-Commerce is no exception and may allow fraudulent activity to affect a larger population in the global economy. E-commerce is reorienting the center of the economic universe. No longer is opportunity for economic prosperity and social development centered on access to natural resources, traditional markets or economies of scale. E-Commerce Managers must have core knowledge of the business to be able to present relevant information on the web site. Creative entrepreneurial thinking and not being afraid to take risks are essential to successful E-Commerce Managers, because this industry has so many paradigm shifts in the way business is done on the Net.
E-commerce is, indeed, creating a revolution; it has revolutionized the way we conduct transactions, purchase goods, and share ideas. As Peter Drucker, the preeminent management theorist stated, “[the greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence. E-commerce via a VOW does not, in our opinion, change the general rules regarding substantive contact. As noted above, a VOW is a means of communication between a real estate broker and a customer. E-commerce providers can move their web operations out-of-state just as easily as any other business. With them will likely go jobs and the considerable startup capital needed to create and operate these e-commerce web sites.
E-commerce changed the nature of business transactions, enabling markets to expand and an increasing array of services to be provided. And, as the amount of computer-stored information grows, organizations will continue to look for ways to tap the full potential of their vast stores of data. E-commerce is optional; all parties to a transaction must agree before it can be used.
